Single ladies and gentlemen, start your engines! Dawn's Dream is hosting a fabulous and innovative blend of viticultural enlightement with a rousing dash of "Speed Tasting" romantic fun! Your evening will begin with an informative mini wine-class, in which you'll get to hear about our delectable vintages, and then it's on your mark, get set, and Speed Taste! Everyone begins with Chardonnay and a few well-chosen conversation starters. After three minutes, the first rotation commences and the fun escalates with a new wine and a new partner! When the stars align with the charm and the wine, good times are guaranteed to blossom.

This is going to be an adventurous, lighthearted evening on camaraderie and tasting experience that's ideal for singles and, don't worry, we'll walk you through every step of the way with laughter and a glass of refreshment in hand!
