Autumn Roots

Saturday, Oct. 11, 2014, California Roots Presents: Autumn Roots will take over the Monterey County Fairgrounds with an exciting event filled with world-class music, massive giveaways and a family atmosphere.

Concluding their US national tour, New Zealand’s Katchafire will bring their iconic mix of reggae and soul to the Monterey Fairgrounds. Progressive alternative reggae band Passafire will also bring their high-energy performance along with supporting local act Thrive and up-and-coming New Zealand artists Aaradhna and Sammy J.

Autumn Roots is a complete family friendly environment with blankets, strollers, low-back chairs and other picnic items encouraged. There will be plenty of room for the kids to play and children under 10-years-old are free.

In its push to give back to the community, California Roots Presents will also hand out stickers and decals for those who bring canned food items. Attendees will also have an opportunity to enjoy some of the best local food trucks.
